What we store
- Game account: a random id made on your device, the name you choose, your chosen look, card backs and table, and your friend code.
- Sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook (optional): the account id the company gives us, so you can return to your account on another device. We never see passwords.
- Play: results and moves of online games (to resolve problems or complaints), points, league, missions and level.
- Coins and gems: a record of every change. Purchases go through Apple or Google; we never see payment details.
- Friends: your friends, requests, invites, and whether you are online.
- Voice chat (optional): starts only when you press the microphone, and only players at the same table hear you. Audio passes straight through LiveKit; we do not record or keep it.
- Notifications (optional): your device's push address, to deliver friends' invites and game news.
- Reports and moderation: reports you send or that are sent about you, and any suspension of your account with its reason.
- Crash reports: when the app breaks we send a technical report (device type, app version, where the error happened) without your name or personal data.
- Server logs: your internet (IP) address and request times, kept briefly, to protect the game from attacks and cheating.
- Rewarded ads (if enabled): Google AdMob may collect device data to show an ad, only when you choose to watch one.
How we use it
To run the game, keep your progress, let you play with friends, prevent cheating and abuse, and fix crashes. We do not sell your data.
Who helps us run the game
We share only what each service needs to work: the hosting provider that runs our server; Apple, Google and Facebook for sign-in; Apple, Google and RevenueCat for purchases; Expo, Apple and Google to deliver notifications; LiveKit for voice chat; Sentry for crash reports; Google AdMob for rewarded ads.
Deleting your account and how long we keep data
We keep your data while your account exists. Settings → "Delete my account" deletes the account and all its data at once; coins and gems are lost. A copy remains in protected backups for at most 14 days and is then deleted automatically. Purchase records held by Apple and Google follow their own policies.
Children
There is no free typing between players: written chat is ready-made phrases and stickers only. Voice chat is optional, and any player can be muted and reported.
